My name is Diana, and I founded EDL Food Compliance Solutions to bring real-world expertise into an industry that often feels overly complex and disconnected from day-to-day operations.

With over 10 years of experience in the food industry, I have worked across a wide range of manufacturing environments — from low care operations such as bakery, cereals, dried fruits and nuts, to high care and high-risk production including ready meals, beverages, and meat products.

My approach is shaped by years of being on the factory floor, not just behind a desk — understanding what works in practice, not just on paper.

I have supported businesses through audits, compliance challenges, and continuous improvement projects, helping build systems that are efficient, practical, and audit-ready.

Because food safety isn’t just about passing audits — it’s about building systems that give you confidence, protect your brand, and support long-term success.
