BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9: Auditor Training

Service Description

Develop a detailed understanding of the BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9 and the skills required to assess compliance against its requirements. The course covers audit planning, conducting the audit, evaluating evidence, identifying non-conformities and audit reporting, using practical activities and case-study-based learning Suitable for technical and quality managers, food safety professionals, consultants and auditors. Participants should have working knowledge of quality management systems and auditing, and should have completed a HACCP course of at least two days’ duration. Course timing: 09:00–17:00 UK time (GMT). International delegates are welcome. If the majority of participants are joining from another time zone, alternative daily training times may be considered where practical and confirmed in advance.
